shipping and returns
We deliver to over 180 countries around the world.
Orders are generally dispatched within two or three working days after reception of payment. The delivery times for the order depend on destination country.
ctt.pt is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
Attention, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.
Shipping rates depend on weight of your order and destination country. They are calculated by the shipping calculator built in our website.
Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) or the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
The table below lists the zones, the delivery time and delivery costs for each supported country. Sometimes the shipments may be delayed due to customs processing in the destination country or some other unexpected reason.

We hope that you are happy with your order from yukibags.com. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with it, you can return the unused items in original packaging within 15 days along with the receipt.
We recommend that you use an insured or registered mail service when sending items back to us as we are unable to refund for items which are not received at our premises.
It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
1. Please notify yukibags.com by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within ten (10) days from the date of your receipt thereof;
2. the products have not been used, washed, modified or damaged
3. the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
4. the products must be returned complete and unused.
5. return items must be shipped back to yukibags.com within 15 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
Refund Times and Procedures
You may return products to yukibags.com by registered mail.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
If you wish to return anything to us from a non-EU country, please note that you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.
Delivery charges are only refundable if yukibags.com is at fault. This involves the wrong item being delivered or manufactured fault with the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by yukibags.com to the individual who made the payment.
